Who’s Nachomama?

I’m a girl who loves her Mexican food!  I recently received a kidney transplant and I’m blogging to share my experience with kidney failure, heart disease, Celiac disease, diabetes (and all the fun stuff that goes with it) and hopefully spread awareness for how necessary organ donation is!
